App design

During this school project, we were given the freedom to create something based on our personal interests. As someone fascinated by Japanese culture, I decided to focus on this country and develop a visual design for a mobile application.

From personal experience, I understand the challenges of obtaining information about a location far from home. To address this, I conceptualized an app that curates photos and videos from the internet, organized by category and topic.

The concept revolves around users joining the app and selecting a specific topic of interest, such as events, sightseeing, food, and drinks, among others. They can then choose their desired location within Japan. The app will then display relevant videos and live streams for users to explore and gain insights about their chosen topic or location.

This project provided an excellent opportunity for me to combine my passion for design with my personal interests. It allowed me to apply my ideas and create a meaningful solution for individuals seeking information and immersion in Japanese culture.
